Virginia Hospitality Staffing has its roots in the 1988 launching of Culi-Services, Inc., the first national temporary staffing company devoted exclusively to the culinary and hospitality industries.
Curt and Theresa Sabo DeGraw, started the local affiliate with a combined 35 years of management experience in some of the Country’s Top Hotels, Clubs and Resorts. The “less than impressive” service and temporary staff offered through many years, from many staffing companies, in many states, inspired them to improve the hospitality staffing industry and create Virginia Hospitality Services.
